Elevate Campuses Limited, formerly known as Good Host Spaces Limited, owns, operates and manages on-campus student accommodation at higher education institutions in India, and owns K-12 school assets. The company says it began operating in financial year 2018 and, as of 31 March 2026, was present in 21 cities in India and one in the United Arab Emirates.
Student accommodation in its portfolio includes sites at OP Jindal Global University in Sonipat, Manipal University Jaipur, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Shoolini University, Manav Rachna University and UPES in Dehradun. The K-12 assets shown, which the site says include assets proposed to be acquired through its initial public offering, are Hartland International School and North London Collegiate School in Dubai. The site states that a red herring prospectus dated 17 September 2026 has been filed with SEBI.
