For education it runs home-to-school bus services, school trips and university shuttles through a network of vetted operators, and designs routes using stop usage and anonymised address data. Its school trips service sources vehicles and drivers for trips anywhere in the UK, including emergency cover.
Parents and students use a Zeelo app to make bookings, buy passes and track the vehicle, with notifications when a child boards or leaves the bus. Schools get a branded booking page, live monitoring and reporting, and drivers use a separate app. Customer stories on the site include the University of Kent and All Hallows Catholic College in the UK.
