ISRO announces November 23 as the deadline to apply for ISRO SAC apprentice recruitment

ISRO announces November 23 as the deadline to apply for ISRO SAC apprentice recruitment

TED NewsDesk, New Delhi: With November 23 as the deadline to apply for ISRO SAC apprentice recruitment, the application portal closed at 5 pm on Monday. Several willing students who were eligible applied for the same at sac.gov.in.

The official release of ISRO stated, “Under the apprenticeship act 1961, Applications are invited for selection to the positions of Graduate, and Technical apprentices from candidates who have degree/diploma from a recognised University/Board coming under Western Region of Board of Apprenticeship Training (MAHARASHTRA, GUJARAT, GOA, CHHATTISGARH, MADHYA PRADESH, DADRA NAGAR HAVELI, DIU & DAMAN (UTS).”

The eligibility criteria for a Graduate student included a B.E/B.Tech. (FIRST DIVISION) from an acknowledged University. Besides, a candidate should also hold an average of at least 65% marks (for all semesters) or a of 6.84 CGPA/CPI out of 10 in the related course is also must.

The criteria for an applicant having technical background included the degree of Diploma (FIRST DIVISION) in the related field approved by the State Board of Technical University/Education.
