Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SOA) is based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Its home page states that it is accredited by NAAC with an A++ grade in the third cycle, and it also manages hospitals, presented on a separate SUM hospital site. It runs a student club, JAAGO, through which students teach children from poor families.
Its governance page lists Prof. (Dr.) Pradipta Kumar Nanda as Vice Chancellor and chair of the Executive Council, Prof. (Dr.) Bibhuti Bhusan Pradhan as Pro Vice-Chancellor cum Registrar, and four further Pro Vice-Chancellors, with deans of constituent institutes sitting on the Executive Council. Its NIRF 2025 data submission reported 16,256 undergraduate, 2,866 postgraduate and 1,326 PhD students for 2023-24. Its founding date and legal status were not found on the pages read.
