TEDNewsDesk, Muzaffarpur: Bhim Rao Ambedkar (BRA) Bihar University announced the opening up of a counter to resolve issues and queries raised by applicants on Wednesday.
At BRA Bihar University, the process of taking applications at two Sigal Window counters has thus commenced for solving the problems faced by students from Wednesday. After cleaning on the first day, the counter owns the Proctor. A queue of students belonging to various district’s followed on the very first day.
However, due to the absences of a notice board, the students were reaching said counter directly. Proctor Prof. Rakesh Kumar said that all three counters were to start from Wednesday, but one employee proved insufficient to cope with the seemingly mammoth task. On the first day at the counter, over 100 students from different districts submitted applications related to their problems.

Original copy of all students’ application was presented while the employee signed the acknowledgement and marked the proposed date for its resolution. The proctor said that efforts are under consideration that in seven days, the application will be executed and messaged on the number of students. After this, you can contact the concerned counter. Most of these cases are related to improvement in the result due. Many students applied that even after appearing in the examination and registering with attendance, they were declared absent in the result sheet.
The helpline will start in a week once the instructions arrive from the University Grants Commission (UGC). A helpline will soon open in the university where after applying, the students will be able to know the status of their application by calling after the proposed period. The students will also receive a unique reference number after submission of application from one week later. Through this, it will be easy to know the status of applications by students.
Due to the confusion at hand, the examination department witnessed a large crowd. The university announced that after opening the counter, no unauthorised entry would be allowed in the examination department. However, the public persisted despite efforts by authorities.
